Aparthotel offers several parking spaces and reservation is needed. The cost is 50 PLN per day. Please contact the Reception for all the extra details about the reservation.

Our Reception is open 24/7 and is available at any time of the day. There is no need of informing us about the late arrival.

Absolutely, you can leave your belongings at our luggage storage. This service is free of charge.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Aparthotel Mały Kraków?
Check-in is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Of course, we will be happy to print all the necessary documents and help you with check-in for your flight. This service is free of charge.

We offer a baby cot on request, it is free of charge up to 4 years old.

Very quiet small hotel. The enterance is off quite a busy road but the hotel itself is tucked away down a drive behind other buildings so it is extremely quiet. Such a little gem of a place to stay in a truly beautiful city. An ideal location to base a sightseeing trip as you are literally on the doorstep of the main train/coach station accessed through the Galeria Krakowska. The main asset of the hotel are certainly the staff who will offer any help you need...even to the extent of teaching you Polish. I (...) Super location welcoming helpful staff good size, clean, warm room, kitchenette, free coffee at reception, short walk to trams, main station and Old Town with a super selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. If we ever return to Kraków this is were I would want to stay so much more to see and do. Aparthotel is 5 min. walk from town square, nice clean rooms excellent value, small kitchenette in all rooms which is fully equiped for 2 people, iron available from reception if you require it, very friendly helpful staff. I will return again soon as I loved the area and still have lots to see and do. The room was perfect for us, just what we needed for our stay and the rooms where lovely and warm. They also had free water, coffee and biscuits at the reception. The rooms where also quite so you didn't hear any traffic from the street outside. The staff where very helpful and gave us help whenever we needed it.(...) This hotel was a great value and an even better location. It was very close to the main train station and a short walk from the Old City.
