Very quiet small hotel. The enterance is off quite a busy road but the hotel itself is tucked away down a drive behind other buildings so it is extremely quiet. The rooms are larger than some other more expensive hotels I've stayed in and all on the ground floor. All the staff I met were extremely friendly and helpful giving suggestions of free walking tours and other places recommended to visit.

Such a little gem of a place to stay in a truly beautiful city. An ideal location to base a sightseeing trip as you are literally on the doorstep of the main train/coach station accessed through the Galeria Krakowska. The main asset of the hotel are certainly the staff who will offer any help you need...even to the extent of teaching you Polish. I left regarding the staff as friends and I certainly intend to visit them again as soon as I can. Thank you for my stay, Alan
Super location welcoming helpful staff good size, clean, warm room, kitchenette, free coffee at reception, short walk to trams, main station and Old Town with a super selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. If we ever return to Kraków this is were I would want to stay so much more to see and do.
Aparthotel is 5 min. walk from town square, nice clean rooms excellent value, small kitchenette in all rooms which is fully equiped for 2 people, iron available from reception if you require it, very friendly helpful staff. I will return again soon as I loved the area and still have lots to see and do.
The room was perfect for us, just what we needed for our stay and the rooms where lovely and warm. They also had free water, coffee and biscuits at the reception. The rooms where also quite so you didn't hear any traffic from the street outside. The staff where very helpful and gave us help whenever we needed it.(...)
